The internet is at its best when it feels like a group chat. We design for the people in it, not the chart drawn around them.
Healthy by default.
No dark patterns and no endless hooks. If a button is designed so you press it by accident, it is a bad button.
Slow where it counts.
No quarterly graph to please. We would rather ship one thing that holds up than five that need apologising for.
